Do you appreciate what you have?

 

We are all tiny little dots in the Universe, so what if we could be grateful for what we have?

 

 

How big your problems seem when you consider how little you are in the galaxy?

What if we could forget the stress and our everyday “problems”, and we could appreciate all the wonders we can experience in this life? Do you appreciate your bed? Do you appreciate the food you eat? Do you appreciate all that you can buy?

Yes, it is a bad capitalist world that wants us to buy more and more, to achieve more and more, to compare ourselves to others who have more… But what if we could appreciate all that we have already achieved in our life, all that we can enjoy, all those little things that make us happy, all the wonders of nature – and the list can go on and on.

It is much easier to achieve anything in life if you don’t stress over it, if you don’t make a problem out of it. The best way is to appreciate all that you have, and always focus on the solutions. When you have a negative experience, turn it around and ask yourself “what can I learn from this?”, “what can I do in a different way?”. The Universe is reminding you of what you don’t want so that you can decide what you DO want and you only need to focus on that!
